Jacques Tories, chocolatier extraordianaire and renowned pastry chef, will sweeten the ms Ryndam’s, May 7, 2006, cruise to Alaska with his mastery of confectionary arts. Mark Fiorentino, chef at Boulanger, Daniel Boulud Restaurants, New York City, will serve his delicious breads aboard the ms Amsterdam, Aug. 11, 2006, cruise to Europe. And Anthony Giglio, wine expert and sommelier, will sail on the Nov. 25, 2006, cruise on the ms Noordam. All are part of the line’s Culinary Arts Program, presented by Food & Wine magazine.
